    Really dissapointing. They couldn't find our reservation and didn't really care. Kept saying that they couldn't find it so it was just my problem even though I had the confirmation. In the end they called another hostel for me and asked if they had any rooms avaliable, and then wrote down the name and pointed me in the general direction - but the other hostel was faaaaar away. Not happy.
