    Grace, the owner, is wonderful. On our arrival she explained where to go and where not to go in Santiago. She lives there with her 3 year old son, who seems to enjoy going to bed late, so can be noisy until around 10pm or later. Apart from this, breakfast is good and rooms relatively clean. Would recommend.
