In an excellent location close to downtown, Hostal Rukayen is surrounded by nature and yet is just a few minutes walk from Pucon´s centre. With its beauitful gardens and views of the area´s captivating mountainous landscape, this hostel is one of the best options to enjoy your stay in Pucón.

Hostal Rukayen has a warm and inviting atmosphere, a great place to get to know local Chileans as well as other travellers. The hostel has 11 rooms available and four types of accommodation, with optional breakfast. Rukayen´s staff are very attentive and are more than happy to help organize transportation, tours and any one of Pucon´s many outdoor activities for guests.

    Cheguei no hotel no horário informado na reserva, fiquei chamando, liguei no telefone do hostal e ninguém apareceu. Fiquei mais de 30minutos debaixo de chuva e não deu as caras. Tive que procurar outro hostal.

    Apesar do gerente do hostel ser bem amigável, as outras pessoas, suponho que da família, não faziam questão de serem agradáveis e por muitas vezes deixavam o ambiente pesado. A localização é bem distante do centro, e não havia café da manhã. A água quente por vezes não funcionava e era preciso chamar o gerente para que ela fosse ativada. O computador tinha horário para ser utilizado e o filho do gerente muitas vezes ocupava o mesmo fazendo com que tivéssemos que esperar para utilizá-lo. Não oferecia nenhuma opção de divertimento.
