Situated close to Lagoa da Conceição and Joaquina beaches, in a relaxed atmosphere between the sea mountains and lake. 150 mts from the sea, next to supermarkets, Lan House, shops, restaurants and bus stop. Are all within easy walking distance. We have apartments fully furnished for a couple or two single, with bedroom, complete kitchen, private bathroom, tv and dvd player, ceiling fan and linen and towels. We have the security and tranquility in a familiar and confortable place.The popular Lagoa da Conceição is a hive of activity, with it's cafe's, bars and nightlife, and the beauty and tranquility of the beach of Barra da Lagoa, all this is close to you. Beach with clean waters are perfect for surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and walking.Is so very easy coming to us, you just have to take a taxi or bus, we stay next to the bus stop. If you are coming from the airport a taxi is more viable, if you coming from to the center of city a bus is ok. You can ask for our hostel remise service, wich it will be charged an amount of R$ 50,00 or 30,00 USD.Breakfast is optional it will be changed and extra amount of R$ 10,00 or 6,00 USD per person.
