The Lab Queenstown is located in the heart of Queenstown, New Zealand, and provides affordable, lodge style accommodation for travellers. With 4-6 person dorm share, and twin rooms available, we love to cater for groups, singles or couples, looking for a great crowd of travellers to help enjoy the Queenstown experience.
Located on a quiet one-way street, you don’t need to walk up a hill to get to us. We have some off-street parking with free on-street parking, with a supermarket just around the corner. In the ski season months, we are able to provide mountain transfers for guests to the local snow resorts, and will also provide help in booking any of the extreme adventure activities located around Queenstown.
The lodge itself is a modern 3-story building with plenty of windows, letting in light and great views of the town. Upstairs there are 2 kitchens connected by a spacious outside terrace, featuring a BBQ with tables, chairs and drink machine. Our popular TV lounge includes a video and DVD player.
Most share rooms sleep no more than 6. All beds are fully made up. The lodge has bedrooms and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. Some of the rooms have their own TV, and all of them have their own phone for making or receiving calls.
