Hotels are just across from the Izmir International Fairground, very convenient to walk to the most important business and historical sites. Our Adac tours travel agency and Adac Business Services welcome your needs for travel and business. English is the main foreign language but some our professional staff speak Italian and German. We arrange official,professional and sworn translators or guides in multi languages.
(Admission fee € 6.- is charged for entrance to the Spa & Beauty center with small indoor pool)

    CLIENT: One of the worst hostel we have ever been; personnel is always trying to cheat charging for breakfast that was supposed to be included HOTEL: The prices published on Hostelsclub are not included breakfast and it does not mention breakfast is included! Our rack rate for a double room with breakfast is € 62.- and you have only € 36.- paid for your room CLIENT: using fake exchange rates HOTEL: On foreign currencies ; Hotel selling and buying rates 2% less than economy and same application are seen at all hotels in Italy and all over the World CLIENT: charging for the car parking (that was supposed to be included) HOTEL: Please read our fact sheet or hotel information that we do not say car parking fee is included, however we do only vallet parking services and park our clients' vehicles to our contracted parking lot nearby our hotels and the fare is 50% less than normal prices (€ 2.- per 24 hrs) CLIENT:while leaving the car in the street and I discovered that both nights they used my car for more than 40km... hOTEL: If this case happens to you in your next vacation in any other country, I advise you to contact directly to Hotel reception or ask for a manager to claim your rights. CLIENT:fantastic trip, fantastic hostels, but this Hotel Alican is the worst of the worst. HOTEL:We never had a worst complaint like yours during our 8 years in managing 2 hotels in Izmir. I am sorry to say that you should have read and checked what you have paid for before making unfair and unreal judgments. Our hotel staff at reception speak good English, German and some Italian, so that , they would help you to clear out your worries here. I am sorry to say that we could not provided you a comfortable stay in our hotel due to the facts out of our hand
