From Narita, you can take the Narita Express train to Tokyo Station, which takes approximately one hour. The journey on the Shinkansen takes about 50 minutes, and from Utsunomiya, you can hop on the JR Nikko Line, which will take you directly to Nikko Station in about 45 minutes.
