The bedroom, tucked beneath a mezzanine, offers a spacious sleeping area with a 160x200 bed and a dedicated desk — ideal for working in peace. Storage space is also available. 🛋️ Bright and cosy living area: The open-plan living room and kitchen invite you to relax with a comfortable sofa and a dining area for four. Soft lighting creates a warm, cocoon-like atmosphere. A smart TV will be available starting August 20, 2025, and the apartment has full Wi-Fi coverage. 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen: Functional and convenient, it includes a gas hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, tea, and all essential utensils (frying pan, pots, dishes). Small fridge without freezer. 🛁 Bright bathroom: Accessible from the terrace, it features a bathtub, washing machine, and towels provided for both body and hands. Perfect for short or long stays. 🌿 Wooden floors and authentic charm: The solid wood flooring adds character to the apartment (except in the bathroom and toilet).
