    This place is as basic as it gets. I didn't enjoy it because a) I got no enthusiasm or interest from check-in staff, b) the breakfast is INEDIBLE, if they can't do it well they shouldn't do it at all and c) you can hear everyone's movements in the hostel, every whisper and creak on the floor. I'd find somewhere else.

    clean and well located, but definitely not looking as on the photos...also, it can get very noisy when staff prepare breakfast (forget the breakfast, really not worth getting up early for it) ... i think it would be ok if they would promote it as a clean and cheap stay, but it's definitely not a chic boutique hotel!

    Bilbo rooms was a lovely place to stay. The staff speak little english- but its no problem, they are so nice. Its right in the middle of the old town but not too noisy and very close to the metro. Our only problem was finding it! There is no signs at all. It is in the place marked on the map on this site- It has a big brown door almost opposite the yoghurt shop. You press intercom with the no. 1

    The hostel is in a great location. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is tiled with hot water and a small but decent shower. The bed creaks a lot (not great for romance)but the mattress is at least comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a standard 'hostel breakfast' nothing great. There is a microwave and refrigerator but no stove or anything else to cook on. They furnish sheets and towels and the pillows are decent.

    Very cute hostel in the old part of Bilbao. Interior design with much attention to detail. We really enjoyed to stay there.

    We had one afternoon in Bilboa and an early flight the next day. Bilborooms was inexpensive, clean, and friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

    We had a great stay in Bilborooms. Comparing the price and the quality, we are very satisfied. We had some trouble with sleeping during the night of the Carnaval, since it was really noizy. Otherwise we had no complaints! It is very good located and the hotel has a great charm.

    The location is perfect, inside the hearth of the old city (siete calles),you can reach everything by foot.The room was big, clean and with a wonderful view on the street below.I suggest bilborooms to everyone who wants a quiet place in which join this amazing city.
