Hostal Valls, located right next to the Oftalmologic Centre Barraquer. It is located in a residential area with a wide range of shops, restaurants and entertainment. We are 15 min. walk from the famous avenue Paseo de Gracia, famous for its boutiques and two great works of Gaudi (La Pedrera and Casa Batllo) and leads us to the center of Barcelona, where we find the Plaza de Catalunya and the Ramblas. The hostel is very good communicated to anywhere of the city. We also have in only 15 min. walk the neighborhood of Gracia, with its squares and old streets full of terraces and people both in winter and summer.

    If you are planning to go for a shopping trip in barcelona and only want to have a place to sleep -hostal valls is a good and cheep place to go. its not in the center but not far a way from the main street, where every fashionable store is located. If you are a group of girls who want to spend their money on clothes but not on sleeping - go there. if you look for a luxurious place to spend your time, maby another place would suite you more. Furthermore the staff is really friendly and you have a key to enter when ever you need to. I enjoyed my stay, and I love BARCELONA

    a bit far from the city center but not that much if u properly use the metro. they ve breakfast which I liked very much, rooms are comfortable, toilets clean etc. I can heart fully recommend it.

    Hostal Valls is very easy to find out and is situated in a quiet area. Very clean and friendly staff, who tried to help us with everything. Just missing proper coffee machine.

    really kind and helpful staff, rooms cleaned very well, not so close to the city centre but quite calm area and with lot of public transports it isn't a problem..(great connection with camp nou stadium, and Parc Guell :) it's rather better place for sleeping...for those who want to play in the city that indoor the hostel

    The hostel is quiet, clean and has very friendly staff. It is not far from the centre, the most convenient is to go there by underground, which is very fast. The surroundings near the hostel are clean, and quiet even at late nights.

    It was a very nice place to stay. Metro station 5 mins away, the ladies were very helpfull and the rooms add fans to refresh the air. I recommend it!

    Great place for us. We prefer normaly place - some beetween noisy and quiet hotel. Good position for traveling around the city cause you have the same way to all city monuments. You can be at seaside in 15-20min. Good price and cleanliness.)

    Very clean, good quiet neighborhood, near to a metro station and a bus station. 20 walking minutes from pza Catalunia. No Internet.

    very nice and quiet place, close enough to the center,easy to reach the "tourist-bus" clean and friendly stuff ( especially Laura !) The room is not big, but the bathroom is clean, big, the watter hot! And is peace and quiet all the time !( after all the noise and the crowd...)

    Very nice hotel, city plans at disposal, huge lounge with big TV, good connection to the center of the city, quiet place. Breakfast not too big, but served OK, sometimes later that announced. No TV and no radio in rooms is a disadvantage. No computer and no wifi internet connection.
