    I reserved the room, but I did not have access to it. The receptionist informed that there was a problem in the bathroom and there was no other option at the Residencial. They transfered me to another building with no security in the entrance (everybody from street can enter the building and surprise the guest into the stairs). Althoug the staffs of both residentials were extremely sympathetic, the price of daily reservation at the new Residential is inferior to the value that I paid at Residencial Saldanha and the security issue on the entrance were not satisfactory.

    Fantastic location and very friendly staff, the building looks old, but rooms are very clean with a good decoration. Not fun for meeting people, but very romantic cosy for a couple. I recommend this place.

    Nice owner, VERY small but clean double room. Perfect for just one night, would not recommend it for longer stay. Maybe other rooms are better.

    She moved us to another really dirty hostel(Lord hostel) because she rent our room to someone else.

    nice location (near bus and metro) - rooms on street side are quite noisy - bad smell in bathroom sometimes - helpfull and friendly staff - cafe versailles very close to hotel which is wonderful for breakfast - good value for short stay in Lisbon
