At the Oasis Backpackers' Hostel in Lisbon there are many types of rooms, from multiple person dorms to private doubles. All rooms come standard equipped with comfortable beds, personal electronic safes, linen, blankets, key card access, Free Wi-Fi and reading lamps, available upon request.

Your Oasis Hostel is housed in a completely restored 100 year old Portuguese Mansion designed for interaction with other travellers, complete with:

- an outdoor patio garden
- an oversize fireplace
- 3 fully equipped kitchens
- a dining room
- a social living room and various private living rooms
- a cocktail bar

At Oasis Hostel in Lisbon, they believe that it's important that their guests feel not only what it's like to stay in a city, but what it's like to actually live in it! Its World Famous staff and receptionist have put their years of knowledge together to create these Lisbon activities and events to give you a true Local Lisbon experience. Its Staff does a lot of tours for free and a small tip in exchange for a smile would help them with chicken and beer money!

The Oasis Backpackers Hostel is located in the center of Lisbon, the cultural heart of the city and steps from the famous nightlife scene in the "Bairro Alto".

    Best Hostel of the journey in Portugal. Could imagine to live there for weeks or even months. Activity offers are great. Staff is great. Rooms are awesome. Breakfast was delicious. Just perfect.

    Oasis is an amazing hostel (probably the best one I've been to), very well located (you can pretty much walk to nearly everywhere, very lively neighbourhood with brilliant nightlife), super friendly, it just feels like home straight away. The dorms are quite sweet and have comfy bathrooms (bath and nice hot water!). The staff is really helpful and extra-friendly (at first I didn't really know who worked there and who was just staying there..!). They have a whole lot of nice activities if you fancy them (tours, fado nights, etc), and also dinners (that look like family dinners), and you can either hang out there (bar, sofas, patio, guitars, computers, etc) or come back only to sleep (no curfew, you got your own key). All in all I was extremely sad to leave and I'll definitely be back.

    We stayed in the second location which was quieter and not so party oriented. The bed was a bit on the lumpy side. Everything else was GREAT!

    Very good hostel extremely well located. The staff is really nice and you have every night a very good home made dinner for 5€. I just regret the bip of the smoke detector that runs every 2 minutes night and day

    The Hostel is great, as a lot of cachet and the Bairo Alto is 2 feets away. The only problem was the way they keep their booking system. The reason is that too many people are in charge of the reception, so that nobody keep the bookings and reservation updated. Be sure you get a confirmation and write an email to confirm that you are coming and which type of room you want. Appart from that it's one of the best hostel I stayed in, the staff is really helpfull, the food is good, everything is clean and the little patio is relaxing.
