Dome Pearl Hostel - Riga, Latvia

Very good position close to the city centre. It's much more closer to an hotel accomodation instead of an hostel. Very quiet and silent with a poor kitchen compared to the STD hostel..but it depend what you are looking for ;-)

Thin walls - a lot of noise from naigbours (especially if that are children). When outside was -25, inside was very cofartable.

bee careful leaving your bags for the day you are departing as old soviet lady asked us to pay 0.5LVL for each bag as the checkout is at 12AM. We somehow managed to tell her it was not listed and we were not informed

Hostel is situated in the centre of old city. Nice building from outside, but inside its not so pretty. Looks like post soviet office. Very nice and helpfull recieption.

We were there for Christmas and it was pretty empty. But it's really well located in the very centre of Riga, rooms are clean and really big, and the building in itself is really nice. The room was a little bit cold. But still, it's a really good option for this price in Riga!

Very centrally located, extremly clean, friendly staff ( not always guaranteed in riga ), excellent value for money.

Good price for good quality. Very friendly young staff, especially the girl from Armenia! However, don't forget to bring/buy earplugs because you might get some noise from the neighbours: rooms are seperated from each other only with a door, so it's not too difficult too hear your neighbours cough, sneeze or do other things you'd rather not hear at night. Except from that, recommendable hostel!

Staff is very great and cool, room was big and clean, the location extremely cool! i advise you to go there

Very conveniently located. Nice staff. If you don't want to meet new people, perfect place. If you want to meet some, you will miss central room (like kitchen/tv room). "Paper-made" walls might be not in everybody's taste :)

In a perfect location and for a hostel it's really nice and clean. No lounge rooms hence it's good just for sleeping and not for socializing.

It's good for this price the hotel is good

Incredible location, 10m from the Dome, nice restaurant just next door, quiet a night, clean! What else can you as for for few €?

great location, generous in providing free internet, tea, coffee. most of the people at reception are nice except the old lady, who could use a lesson in hospitality...no real place for socializing and meeting new people but the rooms and corridors, but all in all good value for money.

A pretty nice, new hostel, perfectly located at the heart of the old city. The staff is helpful and friendly, the beds are okay. Go there and enjoy Riga.

I recommend this hostel because it has very clean and well-heated bedrooms. The staff is sympathetic, you may have a free internet access. Moreover this hostel is located in the oldtown close to good nightclubs.

the position of this hostel is very, very good, in the center of the old city in riga. it's without breakfast, but you can buy it in a supermarket 5 minutes away. the kitchen isn't really a kitchen, you can make hot water and there is a microwave, that's it. not everyone of the staff speaks english, but the reception is 24 hours open, so sometimes you have to wait for an english-speaking member of the staff. and internet is for free!
