Info & Description

The Youth Hostel “Giovane Europa” is located in a completely renovated building, very close to the railway station and from the bus station as well. It has a great position because it is situated where the historic center begins, two steps from the famous “Piazza Duomo”. Tridentum, was originally the access door to the rest of Europe as well as the outpost for the Latin civilization; the spirit of welcome ness of the mountain people is well represented by the Hostel’s friendliness. The establishment transmits the guest a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, taking care of the independent travelers’ needs. The region’s hospitality tradition, together with all the great facilities of the Hostel, will make your stay in Trento … if possible, even more beautiful!

    Excellent place. Thanks a lot

  2. Barbara From Italy On November 30, -0001

The hostel is very clean and the staff is very kind and friendly. Recommended!!

  3. Johannes From Germany On November 30, -0001

Very close to city centre and train station. Large rooms, a little sterile and beds and bunks are little over the years. It's ok, but not as familiar as I know many other hostels.

  4. Adriana From USA On November 30, -0001

I had a great stay, clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was with the internet. It does not work well in the rooms only lobby.

  5. Jaume From Spain On November 30, -0001

Excellent location, good price and clenaliness. The opening hours are really weird (10-2pm front desk is closed) and the lack of free lockers (or room) is really a problem.

  6. Phuoc From Vietnam On November 30, -0001

Good service and accommodation. One inconvenient thing is mobile phone, can not contact to office or reception through phone although in email saying you should call to confirm.

  7. Effi Kiki From Wales On November 30, -0001

Not really a hostel atmosphere, pretty cold in fact. Wi-Fi was terrible and barely worked but breakfast was good value.

  8. nahumi From Indonesia On November 30, -0001

Pros: - The location is super strategic: just some minutes walk from the bus station, train station, the flixbus stop, and the town center. Also there is a supermarket beside the hostel. - Provide Trentino guest card that has very good value. Cons: - The atmosphere is more 'hotel' than a 'hostel'. Maybe not nice for individual traveler who expect to meet other travelers. - No kitchen - 3.5 Eur for left luggage until 22:00 after checkout

  9. Oleksandra From Ukraine On November 30, -0001

The staff was very friendly, especially I appreciate that they gave me a TouristCard for free. Location is excellent with great view from the window. What I would like to improve - provide towels, please! Apart from that everything was nice ;)

  10. Gabriele From Lithuania On November 30, -0001

There was no hot water and the bin was dirty with blood

  11. Felix From Germany On November 30, -0001

The light in the bathroom did not work. Our room was beside a noisy street. Hard to sleep in a hot night.

  12. tommaso From Italy On November 30, -0001

not friendly staff.Breakfast is poor and a guessing.

  13. Yiping From Taiwan On November 30, -0001

Good place, convenient location. It has bicycle storage room, which is very nice for us.

  14. Katharina From Germany On November 30, -0001

We had a fantastic time in Trient. Next time we go there, we will take this hostel again! It was great. The only disadvantage is, that there is no public kitchen... But the hostel is still really advisable!

  15. Rafal From Poland On November 30, -0001

Hostel is located near railstation, city center. Neighbous are "under dark star" too many romes. Staff is ok.

  16. Ville From Finland On November 30, -0001

  17. IRINA From Latvia On November 30, -0001

wonderfull place not only for students, but also for families with babies!!!!

  18. Jan From Czech Republic On November 30, -0001

Good location, just 3 minutes walking from the train station, it is nice place for staying for few days, staff is trying to speak english, it is possible to put your laggage in deposit for 3euros until 10p.m. but the luggage doesnt have to be the big one. I stayed in that hostel for one night and I can recommend it.

  19. Alessandro From Italy On November 30, -0001

personnel rude and not very much caring about the customers.

  20. Marieta From Brazil On November 30, -0001

Excellent option for a couple and a baby!
