This is a recently restructured house, situated in the center of San Vito, a typical Sardinian town with agropastoral traditions but nevertheless situated near the sea.

The rooms are traditionally furnished with wrought iron beds and ceilings with exposed wooden beams. They are all air conditioned and feature a fridge and a private bathroom. Located in the village of San Vito (Cagliari), the B&B Martina is housed in a traditional Sardinian house, dating back to the 1800s. This family-run property features a loggia where you can enjoy breakfast.

The fortune geographical position of San Vito allows you to reach the famous beaches on the south-east coast from Villasimius, Costa Rey to Cala Luna. In addition, the proximity of the mountains lets you reach the towns situated in the hinterlands of the island where the oldest traditions are still present.
