Situated at the beautiful area of Porto Taverna, renowned for its geogeous beaches and with a breathtaking wiew of the island Tavolara, the residence Lu Nibareddu blends in perfectly with the unspoiled surroundings of a sea of innumerable shades of blue - the thriving scrub with its numerous bushes of juniper , from which the name of the residence derives.
We offer different kind of rooms, so please read the details before choosing the one you prefer:
'studio apartment double bed': it's a studio apartment with a double bed, self catering, breakfast not included;
'studio apartment with view double bed': the same as above, but with seaview;
'standard double bed': it's an hotel double room, HALF BOARD, without seaview;
'standard with view double bed': it's an hotel double room, HALF BOARD, with seaview;
'standard 4 beds': it's a 2 room apartment with 4 beds, self catering, without seaview;
'standard with view 4 beds': it's a 2 rooms apartment with 4 beds, self catering, with seaview.
'2 bedroom apartment 6 bed's trilo standard': it is a 3 room apartment with 6 beds, self catering, without sea view
'2 bedroom apartment with view 6 beds': it is a 3 room apartment with 6 beds, self catering and sea view

Bathroom is ensuite in all kind of rooms.
For the rooms with self catering the price includes: water, gas, electric energy; For the Hotel rooms the price includes: half pension (only from 01/04 till september).
The restaurants (one directly on the beach, the other ristorante/pizzeria is on the hill) and the swimming pool will be open from end of may until september.
The price is not including (for self catering apartments): bedlines and towels (13 euros bedlinen per person/change; 7 euro towels per person/change ), in winter heating (rent at cost of 35 euro/week) Deposit: 100 euros;
pets allowed at 5/euro/day;

Late arrivals: After 22:00, there is a extra cost of 30 euro.

    Lu Nibareddu is beautifull, as are the surroundings; mountains, sea, etc. But the buses are terrible, so you really need a car.

    The Hotle is placed in the moutais of Montepetrso & we had a realy good view to the coast and the beach "Porto Taverna". It was quiet and relaxing so all in all exellent!

    Residence is situated near the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia (more than 10 in a few km), you need car to move but you are inside delightful place. S.Teodoro (good town for night and for find good restaurants, cheap supermarkets etc) and Olbia aren't so far: 10 and 15 km (5-10min by car). Staff is young and friendly. Appartments are confortable and clean. Tennis and swimming pool inside the structure. ok!!

    The hotel is great, we wanted to stay for 3 night and ended up staying a week, a little difficult to get to if you don't have a car. Many of the rooms have a great view to the tavolara beach and are equiped with kitchen. the staff is very kind and they speak german, english and spanish.

    Everything was perfeck except for one thing. We missed some more things in the kitchen. Glasses to redwine, knives, pots etc. But beyond that we coudnt ask for more.

    We stayed in a 6-bed appartment in July for a week. The appartment was brilliant with incredible views from 2 balconies...only downside was only 1 loo roll provided...not enough for 5 girls...and the only shop in the town didnt stock it!!!staff were very friendly and helpful (apart from with loo roll)but no cleaner or clean sheets arrived at any point!there are really nice restaurants in the town but no bars etc so you have to travel for them. beach is beautiful and a handy mini bus takes you there twice a day. would recommend hiring a car and also a boat on the beach for the day which costs only £100 from 9am to 6pm and is the best way to see the coast!!!overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting a cheap holiday in Sardinia
