Built in the XVIII century as olive farm, Fattoria Martiena has been restored in 2000 as a luxury villa with double rooms and suite. Located on the top of a tuff cliff, it is 500 metres walking distance from the old city of Montepulciano. Parking inside the property.
Wonderfull view of the old city and of the valley.

Please note that is possible to add a bed to the suite. In this case you should contact us at least one week before to arrange the room and pay an extra of 35€ per night.

    Sería excelente que aceptaran tarjeta de crédito a la hora de realizar los pagos ya que en general no se suele llevar tanto dinero en efectivo. Ojala contara con servicio de ir por ti a la estacion cuando llegaras, en especial por el transporte de las maletas. A mi en lo personal que tuve olvidos de algunas cosas se portaron muy amables y me llevaron en auto a comprar lo que me faltaba. Estuvieron muy pendientes de mi y fueron muy considerados.
