    Terrível! Chegamos ao hostel e não tinham disponibilidade de quartos. Mandaram-nós para um hotel fraco e com poucas condições. E não pediram desculpa.

    PESSIMO!! Ho prenotato 1 settimana prima , dando una caparra di 3.30€. Sono arrivata e lo staff mi ha detto che non avevano più posto!! Ho ribadito che avevo prenotato, che avevo anche dato la caparra!! ma la risposta è stata "eh ho capito ma non c'è più posto. Ma tranquilla, a Milano ci sono tanti hotel" . Sono rimasta BASITA. Pessimi è dire poco!!
