Info & Description

Our B&B Soggiorno Primavera is located in the center of Florence. It is very close to central train station; you need only 15 minutes walking to get the Duomo. We offer you clean, sunny and welcoming rooms, recently rimodelled.

When you check in you will have our services:
-turistic informations
-maps of the city
-free charging reservations for mueseums and restaurants
- all keys to your room so that you may have free and easy access to the building and come and go as you please, also during the night.

You can also park your car on the street, only on the blue lines: the price is 1,60 per hour from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m.; during the night and on sunday the parking is free. The bus stop is near the hotel.


Please note this: we are in the office to welcome you during these time: from 9 a.m. till 1p.m. and from 3,30 p.m. till 6 p.m. On Sunday and Saturday we are in the office only in the morning from 9 a.m. till 2 p.m. When you have to arrive at a different time please let us know by call phone or write an e mail so we can fix an appointment.

The city tax 3E per person per night is not included in the price of the room.

    I recommend this quiet, small hostel to spend some time in Florence. It is really close from the station there (5 minutes), the staff is helpful and very kind.

    It was a nice, small but cozy room. However, since we made our visit during december, it was quite cold and the heating in the room was not enough, although we were provided with enough blankets to keep warm... the staff were really nice... the bathrooms clean!! we stayed for only one night tho we wish it would have been longer.. I would definately recommend this place... i guess more so in the summer... :)

    Although the two bathrooms are sometimes not enough for everyone if the whole place is booked up, they are at least clean, and the bedrroms are cleaned everyday. Each party gets a key to the building and to the hostel door, which is nice. I was able to return mid-day to take a nap, so there is not a lockout. The price is absolutely unbeatable for how clean it is.

    Close to the main train station, nice staff, warm and helpful (gives you a city map, good pieces of advice and answer your questions without a problem). But you should ask first if you want it. The rooms are well furnished, comfi and not too big. Enjoy!

    Very clean tidy spacious rooms on second floor, 10 mins walk from railway station. No breakfast, but electric jug provided. We had our own keys for access at any time. Just the sort of accommodation we wanted and would stay there again.

    Simple, but convenient hostal, staff very friendly and English spoken. Takes 10 minute on food to the dome and other beautiful sights. The area is not the best area - behind main station - but it is ok. Would recommend it to you.

    very clean, rooms are spacy and the staff very nice.But it's a bit noisy, because of the main street nearby. don't firget your earplugs and everything will be perfect!It's quite near from the center if you like walking(10 min from the duomo)

    It is a very clean Hostel. The Staff is very nice. It is also very economical despite the fact that Florence is a very expensive city. I recommend this Hostel to anyone who would like to visit this city without hesitation.
