Hotel Colorado is an economy 1 star Hotel in the very center of the city. It has recently changed managing, with the entry in the Marazzini Hotels Group.
The structure has recently been restructured, with many brand new features.
Our target is to offer the services and the quality of a 2 star hotel, but at very competitive prices.
We do our best to create a very friendly and familiar atmosphere, and to encounter our guestsht in their needs.
We are in the very centre of Florence: the Duomo Cathedral is only 5 min walking far, and same distance from the Accademia gallery (David of Michelangelo). Uffizi Museum and Ponte Vecchio are only 15 min walking far, while the typical Old Central Market is only 5 min walking far. Fortezza da Basso, Florence's Congress Center, is 20 min walking far.
We are very near to bus station, Piazza San Marco, only 2 min walking: from there you can take any line for all the destinations.
The Hotel has got many rooms, with singles, doubles, triples and quadruples (or family rooms).
Each room has got private complete bathroom with shower, heating plant, fan, hairdryer, fan.
The standard rooms offer air conditioning too, while the economy ones and shared ones do not.
Each room has got a brand new Internet Wireless Wi-Fi Connection, included in the price, with no limits of time (economy and shared rooms excluded).
The staff speaks Italian, English, French, and a little bit of Spanish.
At the reception you can ask for museums or restaurant bookings with no extra price, and we will give you, if you need some, streets and route indications printed on paper, with map and indications turn by turn in your language.
At your arrival, you will be given a welcoming check-in card, and a complete Florence map included in the price.
We offer a rich free buffet continental breakfast, available from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.: bread, croissants, biscuits, plumcackes, standard cereals, chocolate blown rice, butter, cheese; about the drinks, we offer milk, express coffee, long coffee, milk & coffee, american coffee, cappuccino, moccaccino, and a large variety of tea flavours.
The reception is open from 7:30 a.m to 23:00: in case of late night arrival, contact us, we will give you simple instructions to get your key in another hotel of our Group.
At your arrival, you will receive
Check-in time starts from 12:00 a.m., in order to prepare the rooms.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.: if you want, you can leave your laggage in our laggage deposit, included in the price, and very safe.
Payments: we accept banknotes or credit card ( VISA, Mastercard, American Express).
Cancellation policy: cancellations must be done at least 3 days befor the arrival, including the arrival. In case of late cancellation or missed arrival, you will be charged only of the amount of the first night.
IMPORTANT: PRIVATE BATHROOM, BREAKFAST AND INTERNET CONNECTION ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ECONOMY AND SHARED ROOMS !!!
