Pleasant, kind staff. Great location near train station and central market. Other guests very rude though, kept us up all night and no one told them to quiet down.

  2. Kamil From Poland On March 1, 2011

Well it was a nice stay in Florence. The hotel was simply a couple of rooms with a couple of beds, but that is what I expected. It is cheap and is situated in a great place so it is great for a short term.

  3. María Victoria From Argentina On December 8, 2010

Bien ubicado. Habitaciones amplias. Baños limpios. Wifi en la habitacion gratis. No tiene desayuno ni calfaccion.Para pocos dias esta bien.

  4. Florin From Romania On November 28, 2010

The staff was not that good, they locked the door before 23 as they promiced, so we were left outside on our own and had to call them and then wait for them to get the door opened, there were no towels and NO SOAP in the bath, which is insane. The location is fairly close to the railway station and the Duomo, but that was the only plus unfortunately. BORING atmosphere

others are good besides one thing. My room is 5 mixed room and i dont know why on the second night; it becomes 6 persons in the room. and also because the hostel add one more bed in the room, it becomes so crowded. and this brings me a big trouble. because they add one more bed, a girl and I share one desk. and when i went to sleep i put my glasses on the desk and the second day; when the girl got up and wear her clothes; she made my glasses drop from the desk and broke them!! i am on the travel and i only bring one pair of glasses with me!! yes; this is the fault of the girl; but i think the hostel should take some responsibility as well.

Staff is unwilling to help customers, and there is restricted shower time and broken computer. Sound proof is really bad. It sucks.

The hostel was very nice, clean and silent, good location, near main station and city, very friendly staff. good price-performance ratio. only the restaurant recommended by the staff was a desaster. we can fully recommend the hostel.

I recommend it! The staff was very pleasant. They clear up the bedrooms everyday, but if you don´t feel like getting out, there´s no problem. The room was nice. There´s a computer with internet, and also free wireless. There´s a sink inside the bedroom, very helpful. I would definitely come back.

  13. Viktoria From Germany On June 30, 2009

Stayed there for 3 nights in May. It was great. Clean rooms, people avaliable most of the day. The only thing I could put my finger on was that the shower was a bit dirty.. But in total, Highly recommended

Good value for centre of Florence. Very convenient location close to railway station, buses and market. Basic room with clean bedding. Staff helpful.

  18. Margaret From USA On April 7, 2009

Marco, the owner, is fantastic. Make sure you ask him where to eat dinner - the place he sent us was great! The place itself isn't especially charming, and the beds are rather hard, but Marco more than makes up for it!

  19. Dietmar From Germany On March 2, 2009

Very clean and large rooms. The personal is very gentle. Near to the station and near to the center. I will come back!
