Redefining spaces and creating a magical atmosphere were the goals set by stylist-designer Vicenzo de Cotiis. His mission while recreating the Victoria Palace Hotel was to create fluidity, and thanks to his recent refurbishment he has created a stylish building with a minimalist image, alongside elements of the art Decò. This is how the hall and lounges have been designed with wide surfaces, defined by their neat precise lines, separated by high tech walls, decorated with innovative and highly desirable material, chosen for their warm colours: with brass and basalt, to hide, with its multitude of shades.
The result is most definitely stylish.
The expressive scenography of the foyer is at the centre of De Cotiis' masterpiece, placing its glance towards the sea and to what transpires through the surrounding glass windows. The symbol of the Victoria Palace Hotel, which remains linked to its history, is the statue of 'Nike of Samotracia', symbolizing and interlacing both innovation and the traditional hospitality of the Riviera to create amazing results.
