The b&b IT'S NOT A HOTEL, but a family BED AND BREAKFAST situated in a typical bolognese apartament at 3 floor with lift, in the historical centre of Bologna.
The recent renovation has provided all our rooms with a lot of comfort.

    A helpful family runs this place. Matriarch Lella has four fuzzy white dogs who will beg for your attention. Georgia speaks very good English and is happy to provide copies of a hand-drawn map of Bologna. Awkward location in the middle of a shopping center but with a friendly and colorful interior. Our room had a balcony!

    We found the unit to be clean and functional. The owner left clear notes not to use the stove but there was no electric kettle to make a hot drink. There should be an electric kettle. We were also told to return the key when leaving (the unit was a good block away). When we were to return the key upon departure there was no answer to the owner's security buzzer. I tried for half and hour and we were lucky another resident returned and took the key, otherwise we were stuck. Not good. Otherwise the accomodation was good.

    Good localisation, near the historical center and main avenues. It's clean and quiet. The decoration is a bit outdated, with plastic flowers everywhere, but that's my opinion and taste. Anyway, it is a good spot, it's fair for the price.

    this bed & breakfast is a normal flat with some 5 (beautifully!!) arranged rooms and one bathroom. Everything is superclean and the owners (mother and daughter?) are very friendly. Excellent location, in the mid-way between railway station and city center - just 10 minutes. You will be welcomed by 2 little puppies there - always eager to play! and they do not make any noise!

    We are really enthousiastic about this place. Very nice people and the place is very lovely and clean!! Too bad there was no airco in the room (everywhere else it was cool but not in the bedroom). I could recommend this to everyone!
