    The staff of this hotel was unkind and not very willing to help. The breakfast was not at all tasty. We even didn't succeeded in drinking the hot chocolate, it was disgusting. The room was small and old, but it was clean. The hotel is situated in the center of Arona near a church, which makes it quite noisy. Other hotels in the city are cheaper, much better and more near to the lake.
