This was the worst experience I ever had. I payed this reservation two months before my trip and they waited me to arrive there to tell me I was too old to be their guest. I am 40 y.o. and worst than someone telling you that is the way they told me on the reception, so rude, with no interested in solving my case. They had two months to check on my age, after all, they had all my information, but they waited the night I was there to say "you don´t fit in our hostal". I went to other hostal and so far, I don´t have my money back.

The Hostel is all in all pretty cool, there is just one downside. The toilets and showers in the 40 dorm are gross. It smells like Urin and you need to hold your nose while being in there. But if you just want to stay there for one or two days, it's a really cool hostel.

  3. Albert From Netherlands On February 22, 2015

    Always good to be there

  4. Hadir From Egypt On January 11, 2015

We reserved beds in the 40 beds dorms and we were not expecting much but 15 euros per night for such place is too much the bathrooms were not cleaned for the 2 days and their was no bed sheets or below , the dorms were terrible and doesn't meet any European standards and the it shouldn't charge more than 5 euros for what they are offering even the reception smell was terrible.

+ very close to the Central rauilway station. + Very clean - Bad beds! Got a bed in a dorm room and the beds were squeeky and not in good shape.

  6. varun From India On October 15, 2014

washrooms are awefully dirty and smells really bad. its best if you can make it cleaner for your bussiness

  7. Esha Pawan From India On August 12, 2014

Great location, friendly staff. But noisy if you are in the main areas and really crowded.

  8. Claudia From England On July 25, 2014

Extremely big hostel, good location, bathroom facilities weren't the best could do with updating. Very friendly and helpful staff.

  9. Roslynn From England On April 22, 2014

The 'bedrooms' were unexpected as they were large rooms with 40 beds and very open. The bathrooms were fairly clean however it came as a shock that all the showers were completely transparent and the toilets were in the room behind making it uncomfortable and inconvenient to shower with people literally walking in and out all the time. Additionally while the girls bathrooms were separate from the boys, men came in and out of the girls a few times as it was closest to the main door. The reception staff had little knowledge of tourist attractions and had to look everything up on google and had no idea about tours etc so were rather useless. Also they tired to milk as much money as possible by charging 10 euros for all rentals eg. locks, towels etc and then refusing to pay the money back unless a valid receipt was given! There were hardly any sockets to charge technological equipment therefore, the recpetion was crowded with everyone queuing to charge their things...again useless! The internet is absolutely APPALLING and the promise to receive wifi in all rooms is a downright LIE as this was not possible. However the location was good and beds comfortable.

Perfect! Clean, kind and near the station Outside is noisy even in midnight This is the only bad thing of this hostel And you cannot avoid if you choose it near the station Next time I'd like to stay here again 夜外がうるさかったことを除いてよかったです。 またミュンヘン来たら泊まりたいです!

  11. Yuliya From Russia On November 18, 2013

it was good place not far from city center and from Munich HB... at morning we arrived to hostel but check in only from 15:00 nice woman in reception proposed to leave our luggage in the storage room. after that we went for a walk. We was there 2 nights. Our 408 number was clean, and was clean bedclothes. But after first night my sister found bites of bedbug on her hand... she had allergy and her hands was red and swollen we visited pharmacy and bought antiallergic cream and tablets... After second night i found bites of bedbug on my body but i haven't allergy and for me it was not so big problem like for my sister. But we never will stay more in this hostel!!! And my ideal imagination about Munich was broken.

On Aug. 3, 19:00, I paid for three nights, after having made those reservations when I stayed at Jaeger's on June 25, 26, 27. After I unpacked, the staff ordered me to leave, saying I had no reservations and that my claim of having stayed at Jaeger's in June was a lie. The staff did not fully refund my payment -- none of the ten percent deposit.

  15. Robert From England On December 4, 2012

Being close the Hauptbahnhof was convenient. Breakfast ok but not great. Unfortunately I had a persistent snorer in my dorm which ruined the night's sleep for me and the others in the room. Bathroom flooded every time someone showered.

  16. Saskia From Netherlands On July 20, 2012

The location is perfect, there are a lot of people in this hostel, you've got a very large area where you can sit and talk. The only thing I really disliked was that when we arrived the beds we got where slept on so we had to move. And than we got beds next to the door, so I hardly got any sleep because there where 39 other people on my room and the most of them where drunk so not really quiet.....

  17. Benjamin From England On July 19, 2012

Very much a place for youth, extra charges for lockers and breakfast which was very bland. Also the wifi did not work and lift was broken. Otherwise ok

  18. Anastasia From Russia On April 4, 2012

  19. TAIS From Brazil On March 30, 2012

Nice hostel. Very close to the main station. Staff ready to help you. The bathroom inside the room is not clean =/

  20. Karina From Russia On March 30, 2012

Hostel is great!)it is very cute and clean! the location is really near bahnhof but is is at the same time the disadvantage because there plenty of turkish people around and it seems that you are in Turkey not Germany. The bar in the hostel is rather cheep.Unfortunately there isnt any kitchen or even microwave oven and you have to spend money in the nearby restaurants. in fact I didnt regret any minute that I have chosen this hostel!
