The HI MunichPark Youth Hostel has 366 beds divided among 38 two-bed, 53 four-bed and 13 six-bed rooms, all with bunk beds and ensuite bathroom. Located close to the Zoo, near river Isar recreation area, south of city center.

"All you can eat" Breakfast and linen included.

The HI Munich Park is a warm and friendly property that welcomes travelers from all over the world. We are not a downtown party hostel. We welcome backpackers, families, business travelers, school groups and more as guests. A little bistro and vending machines are to be found beside the reception area. Our guests can relax in 3 chill out rooms in the ground floor and in our spacious area in the basement.
Important: For a stay with us a Hostelling International Membership is required. International guests without HI membership pay a surcharge of 3.50 Euro person/night or 18 Euro per year to obtain a full membership for the use of more than 4.000 Youth Hostels worldwide. German residents can become a member of the German Youth Hostel Association for 7 Euro per year (older than 26 years and for families: 21.00 Euro) upon arrival.
Prices apply to guests younger than 26 years. Guests older than 26 years pay a surcharge of 4.00 Euro per person and night.
Due to German laws we don't offer a guest kitchen. You can buy drinks and food in the vending machines or our Bistro

    Very positive surprise, we stayed over the weekend in a nice, clean two-bed room with a clean, functional private bathroom.Breakfast was good but not much choice for vegans, or milk-allergy people, otherwise very good.Easy to find, quiet area, nice atmosphere,lots of families with kids or young people, mostly Germans.Final thoughts: a very decent hostel even for picky people.If in Munich again, will definitely stay there again!

    Very nice place. Near the subway, store, restaurant and pizza. Strong recomandation and best price-quality ratio.

    great service.. place is very well located just 200 meters from a metro station... 4 metro stations from Marienplatz, great!! The staff speaks several Languages which is great for non-German speaking, very friendly and fully recommend this place... (family friendly totally)

    Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Atmosphere was boring and lacked personality and a functional social space, although the bar was a good idea. Toilets in the rooms do not seem to come with soap for hand washing. Breakfast was extremely good for the price.

    Great Hostel, friendly staff, 5 min walk to metro. Place was very clean, they serve free breakfast, lunch and dinner which is awesome! Definitely recommend this place.
