Pretty central emplacement, just a few minutes walking from Alexander Platz. Don't expect a charming welcome by the staff, they're quite curt. Any other than that, the relation between the service offered and what you pay for it's balanced.
I stayed only one night I had a great time I will recommend to anybody nice staff
It's close to the center, but you still have to go by tram (2 stops). The owner (a very kind lady) unfortunately doesn't speak english very well, but anyway you still can communicate. Small towels and internet are free. Breakfast is paid..(4 euros - I didn't try). Anyway, I would recommend if you just want a nice bed...If you are looking for fun, or other things like that, this is not the place. It's just really quiet
The hostel was nice but the title of it was misleading since breakfast IS NOT included in the price. It is however very well located even though the area seems a little dodgy. The receptionists aren't very helpful in terms of information. But alexanderplatz is only 5 minutes away walking distance.
Too noise at night
Very bad service!!!
The entrance is really dark and its scary at first look. Me and my friends didnt really like the place. Its very close to centre area, just 2 stops to alexanderplaz station. The toilets are recently rebuilt and very clean, very good. Rooms are old, smell bad and beds are horrible. And the most important: Nobody speaks english.
Really, really basic! Heavy noice untill daylight - Music club next to.
The main problem we found was that the staff could not speak english at all, they were eager to communicate but the language was a big problem. We asked for help to a german friend but even their german was not very good. Secondly, I think this is a hostel just for summertime as there is not heating in the building. we were really cold and not comfortable because of that.
very good position. 1km far from alexander platz. near the hotel there are lots of small and funny bars and clubs where you can eat something and have a beer with some friends.
