If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Should the guest arrive at the accorded place but not at the accorded time - without having informed about this by telephone the booking will be considered cancelled and the cancellation fees will be charged. An early departure will be considered as cancellation.

Guests paying by credit card on arrival will be subject to a surcharge of 3.9% on the overall booking cost.
