Good hotel
Our room was never clean. The showers we covered in hair. Sent to the wrong room. Never enough laundry tokens. The people are not knowledgeable about the area at all. The German English language barrier is a bit hard as well for both parties
A Bit costly.. But appreciable
Roommates are not an option but they were awful and smelly. a Pillows as well as blankets were very dirty. Hallways smell bad too. If it were not for money, I would not have come here, especially dormitory room.
I lived in a 8 people mixed room and I stayed for 5 nights. I only saw the cleaning staff once.....the hostel is 5-8 mins walk from transportation. At least the staff is nice and helpful.
This is a very good and comfortable hostel
One girl of the staff was really rude just because my english is not so good. She started to laugh and make fun of me with another girl of the staff. Really really bad. Shame on her. That's why I don't recommend your hostel. Check your staff and your social skills to this type of work.
staff very rude ,, they charge more money than what i have to pay on my card and i still dont have the money back ,, everyone was scary to ask something in reception ,, rare experience ,, never happend to me before ,,,
super, I like all. only kitchen want, where made tea or meal.
well, they charge you for everything extra.its not dat cheao as it looks like.3 euro for linen, for internet etc.sometimes its too noisy.Beds are horrible.they produce too much sound when you get up,get down, take a side etc.but overall ,it was good, staff is helpful,a bit far from city center.small pub inside it which is nice to have some fun.often crowded with aged drunk englishmen.
The hostel was okay, but had it's faults. The beds are really really noisy, so if you're not a heavy sleeper you will wake up everytime someone turns. Plus there were too many 'school-children' who ran down the corridors and knocked on the doors and were generally noisy.
We were in Berlin for visiting the town and its surroundings. The hostel is very close to the Ostkreuz railway station and for us it was easy to reach all the most important places we were going to. We used the hostel just to go to sleep and to have breakfast and we were highly satisfied with both of them. Thanks to all the staff people (very young and friendly).
Ostello molto grande, moderno, pulito, tenuto bene. comodo coi mezzi ma in una zona poco viva. In inverno ci si può trovare chiassose scolaresche in gita. Very big hostel, modern, clean. close to public tranport.
Nice, clean place. Location close to Ostkreuz Banhof very convinient. But the greatest respect for huge, delicious all you can eat breakfast ;)
The hostel was for the most part clean and in a good position. My biggest complaint about this hostel is that they nickel & dime you for everything. You have to pay for linens, breakfast was 6 euros! There were maps at the reception office but you had to pay for those as well, 3.50 euro. It just seemed like everywhere you looked you had to pay extra for things. Also, in the rooms some of the beds were made and had linen on them (although no one was occupying them), so it was hard to determine which beds were available and which weren't. I'd actually have to say that this was one of the worst hostels I stayed in during my month long trip. Save your money and go somewhere else, if you are going to stay in Berlin stay at Wombat's, they are a much better hostel.
It's too far from city centre.
a little bit too expensive in my view
The stay on short term possibilities was very ok. The cleannes good. The ammount of people was big, not personnal. The staff friendly but not good to understand; the music in the hall was very loud. Als not personal; thats got to do with the ammount of people? No fun factor for age above 18 yrs. Beds were ok! The snoring a bit less :) F-hain is a good spot. So over-all for the money. Good but no personal! Kind regards, Merijn Vrij
great place, clean and comfortable.
People are asked to remain silent in courtyard after 10PM BUT: loud music coming from the bar below, squeezing & slamming doors makes this request a joke. Not recommended to light sleepers!
