Stuff is very helpful, they can understand in eglish in communicational level. According to paris noise, the situation of hotel is very good, because its realy quiet and you don't hear all the noise at night, even though you live almost on the main street near to metro station (3min to metro). McDonald and KFC near (3min) and supermarket with a big variety of food.

Good location. Bathroom is not so clean. Good price.

  3. Viviana Patricia From Colombia On November 30, -0001

Don't like the bathroom, is too small, and it was a fourth floor without elevator. But the position was great and it worth the price!

  4. Razvan From Romania On November 30, -0001

I've prenoted this hotel for my parents,i've send a message at staff of hotel Bertha asking to be avaible with my parent and to help them because was the first time in paris and they dont speak Franch or English..only Italian,my parents said to me that the old lady were asked to pay the full amount of the 3 nights even though I had paid an advance of about 20 euro whit credit card when i've booked.. I found this very behavior from thieves! are not at all satisfied!.

Horrible place. A friend of mine had to sleep on the floor and the guy at the reception expected him to pay the full price.

  7. Jorge From Spain On November 30, -0001

Clean, bored staff, very good position near Moulin Rouge, Pigalle and Montmartre, atmosphere like an indian hostel. Recommend you rooms finishing by 4 (24, 34, etc...), they have two windows oriented to the street and more light. 44 was very pleasant. Nice and cheap.

Adequate standard of hotel for the price. Daily change of towels. Continuous heating and hot water. Staff courteous and helpful. Great location for exploring a large part of Paris without having to use the subway.

The hotel is located very close to the metro and is surrounded for many restaurants but some are very expensives. The room had cigarette smell and for me was a problem because I don`t like it.

  11. Xiomara From Colombia On November 30, -0001

It was a really nice hotel, is very close to the metro station, the reception is 24 hours, they cleaned the room every day, and the price was not too expensive.

  12. Amy From England On November 30, -0001

The hostel is located in a great place, near shops and a metro station, which was excellent for travelling into the centre of Paris. The staff were all friendly, and the hostel room was light and airy, not what I expected. Definitely recommend it.

Me and my girlfriend stayed upstairs, very dirty. We payed 51e a night. There were some nice more expensive rooms, but I think you have to provide clean simple rooms. Bathroom was old and the toilet was used as somking area.Wouldn't go there another time

  15. samuel From Spain On November 30, -0001

Good situation( no far to the centre and next to a boulanguerie and next to a supermarket), very kind staff, but the bathroom was a little dirty.

  16. Yasmine From Netherlands On November 30, -0001

The location is great! It's 2 minutes from the metro or the bus station. there are a lot of restaurants in the area as well. the staff is also really sweet, they even let us keep our bags there after we had checked out so we could walk around without them all day. they also helped us to get to where we wanted to go. the hotel itself isnt great but for a night or two its great cause its cheap and because of its location. :)
