Wilderness Hostel Karuskose is situated near Raudna River, in the middle of Soomaa National Park. \n \nWe offer accommodation in the old farmhouse (4 rooms with 11 beds) and a wooden log-cabin (2 beds). Simple facilities - try toilets and showers outside the house. Traditional smoke sauna and floating sauna on the river. \n \nKaruskose has a nice and old garden with apple trees and vegetables. \n \nHere in Karuskose starts Ingatsi nature trail that takes you to Kuresoo Bog, the biggest mire of Estonia, good for bog-walking (year around) and bog-skiing (dec-march). \n \nOn the river of Raudna you can go canoeing and fishing. \n \nAt Karuskose the cources of building dugout canoes - haabjas, have been hold. You are welcome to participate.
