The VILLA Adriatic is situated in the upper part of the place. Thanks to this location guests can enjoy a beautiful view towards the Adriatic.\n\nFrom the accommodation different types of beaches (sand & small pebbles) can be reached by walk in 5-10 minutes.\n\nThe bus-stop for the local bus-lines to Cavtat or Dubrovnik is a 2 minutes walk only.\n\nAt the guest's disposal is also a secure parking which is big enough for buses too.\n\nShops, post & bank offices (with ATMs), cafes and restaurants can be found in 2-10 minutes of walk from the property.\n\nAvailable are 14 rooms with double bed, en-suite shower/WC and air-conditioning.\nTen of the rooms offer a balcony with sea-view. The rooms are big enough for one or two extra beds.\n\nAvailable are also 2 studio apartments with double bed, two extra beds, en-suite shower/WC, kitchen and terrace.\n\nOn the shady and silent terrace each room has its own table and chairs.\nThere is also one common kitchen with several fridges, an outside barbecue and a garden.\n\nGuests can reserve room only and during stay bed and breakfast and half board can also be arranged. \n\nGuests have to pay directly to the host in cash during the stay. \n\nThe VILLA Adriatic accepts also big groups up to cca 50 people (school trip, sporting team visit...)
