the staff was very helpful and kind to any of tourists but the room I stayed for a couple of days was dirty and smelled awful...Generally, Good value for the price.

Good and friendly staff, Painting needs refresh, good location. Easy and cheap for a few nights.

It is a nice place, close to the public transportation and also the fun in Patpong. The staff is very helpful, and give good advices about the places. I would reccommend it.

Nice place. One gets what one pays for here. Early construction every morning right next door. That was very bothersome. But it got me out of bed i guess! Good value.

I had a great experience with this hostel; the staff sent an e-mail reminding me about my reservation, addressed me by name when I arrived and were very helpful in providing maps of the local area and in-depth directions to wherever I wanted to go. Everyone spoke clear, understandable English and were very polite.

Really really helpful staff and very clean! Near all sorts of transportation and fairly centeral in the city. Let them know if you arrive before 7:30 am or very late.

Overall, a very simple but great located place in the heart of Silom. Also, right round the corner from the airport shuttle for 100baht all the way to the airport.

its really good there nothing to complain and the ladies at the reception are so nice and helpful.

Staff were really helpful, told me some tips of how to avoid being ripped off. Safe place to leave belongings, met some pretty awesome people here. I am staying here again in the near future, really good!

An accessible place to all parts of Bangkok. You don't have to travel far to get to the shopping places and it is near to the MRT station and subway.

A good place to stay, given the price. Small but cozy, offers excellent private space. Room ambience is fairly comfortable. Tukta was very friendly, she never failed to smile every time I walked in to the hostel. No complaints - except that the private rooms can be furnished with mirror & tissue paper.

a cheap, great place to stay. ran by wonderful people. close to the train and easy to get to from airport. near alot of partying and close the express boat to many major sites. very helpful staff definitly stay here. overall a great experience and value.

This is my second time I have stayed here. Staff are awesome! They will do just about anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Great location. A 5min walk to the skytrain station Sala Daeng. 2min walk to Pad Pong,(The red light area). And a 5 minute skytrain ride from Siam Square,the main shopping malls. I hope to stay there again.

Staffs are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Location is extremely convenient. However room does not have a window, and lights were out on one night. They fixed it immediately upon feedback, very responsive. Overall, had a good stay with The Urban Age. Recommended.

great location, great hospitality from ms. apple and kiew, clean room and toilet. u feel as at ur own place. i will come back again.
