    The hotel staff were one of the shittest I have ever encountered. They bounced me around like a ball because they did not reserved room for me during New Year Eve despite my bookings over internet. Furthermore, the staff charged me for the supposedly free mineral water and refused to acknowledge my deposit paid over internet!! They sure have some personality!
