    Het hotel dat we geboekt hadden, hebben we nie gezien. We werden zomaar in een ander hotel ondergebracht: hotel Prime in Kathmandu. Het was een vreselijk slecht hotel, er zat geen verf op de muren en wat er zat bladderde af. Het stonk er ook onaangenaam. We hebben zelf een ander hotel gezocht en in Prime niet geslapen, wel een nacht betaald. Ik verzoek u dan ook om mij de btaalde reserveringskosten terug te storten.
