Rooms Terms & conditions:-
· Any no show retention charges are applicable.
· Reservation will be confirmed on the basis of room availability.
· For early check in prior to 12.00 NOON rooms must be held from the previous day to protect immediate occupancy on arrival.
Rooms Cancellation Policy:
For Group Bookings: (A booking of 4 or more rooms will be treated as Group booking)
· In case of cancellation 15 days before Check-in dates/time-No detention.
· In case of cancellation 14 days to 3 days prior Check-in date / time (12 Noon) - 50% detention.
· Incase of cancellation within 72 hours to Check-in time (12 noon) - 100% detention.
For Individual Bookings:
· In case of cancellation to 72 hrs. Prior to check-in date/time (12 Noon) - NO detention.
· In case of cancellation 48 hrs. Prior to check-in date/time (12 Noon) - One night charge.
· Incase of cancellation within 48 hours to Check-in time (12 Noon) - 100% detention.
· No refunds for no show or early checkouts.
The Arrival / Departure schedule of the guests along with their telephone / mobile numbers will help us to provide un-interrupted services and effective communication.
