Hotel was big and very clean. It was good and the kitchen was fantastic and useful. It's a little difficult to find by bus from the main train station. However, once you're there it's easy to take the bus into Venice. |

the man who runs the place is not helpful at all and annoying. the boy who sat at the desk overnight spoke no english but was very nice. they have a curfew at 1am and they are not helpful in finding your way to venice or with bus schedules or anything. this website also shows that they have queen beds but they dont. ordering a double is bad because its probably a 3 twin bed room that costs less to just book 3. the breakfast is terrible and not free. i highly discourage this place unless you have a car. it was very clean. |

Despite the fact that we arrived pefectly on time,our room had been given away to somebody who had decided to prolong his stay.A woman said we should wait for the owner Mr.Lo***zo (she wouldn't say his last name), who drove us to his cousin's hotel where we would get a better room at the same price.It wasn't so.The room in the other hotel was not nice.Irritated by the whole situation and by Mr Lo****zo shady ways,I refused to take the room.Mr Lo****zo requested us to pay him a night, since he had "already paid (to the visibly confused hotel attendant )for the room", and since "overbooking is normal" and since "he had wasted a lot of time because of us".I walked away and lost the 8 euros I had paid online in advance. |
