Info & Description
The hostel is located in a small village called Fertilia, in the suburb of Alghero, along the cost.
The 'Hostelling international Card' is compulsory, if you don't have one, you can buy it here .
Basically, tourism in Sardinia is linked to its extraordinarily beautiful coastline, with a variety of splendours hard to find elsewhere, and not only in the Mediterranean.
Pure white sands alternate with tiny hidden coves, sheer cliffs frequently soar above magnificent caves and picturesque rocks rise from a clear sparkling sea facing rugged promontories, eroded by the wind.
The inland villages too possess features of interest to the visitors.
We are only 5 Minutes walking far from the beach 'Punta Negra' and you can easily reach other wonderful beaches like 'Spiaggia delle Bombarde'(5 Km) and 'Spiaggia del Lazareto'.
Another tourist attraction that you can visit is 'Grotte di Nettuno', only 10 Km far from the hostel.
Please note, if you are not a Member of Hostelling International there is an extra charge of €3 per person per night. Once you have stayed 2 nights at a HI Hostel you become a HI member, and no extra charges apply for future stays and remember that this Card could be used in 120 Hostels in Italy and in thousands of hostels arround the world!!.

We stood here for night after late flight to Alghero and for one night before morning flight from Alghero. The best advantage is proximity from the airport and helpfull service. 5 minutes from the centre of Fertilia and 10 by bus the the city center of Alghero. I would not stay here for 1 week but 1, 2 days is perfect!

you can take bus from airport there.
and also from there to the citytown
the hosel is large. you wont feel repressed in this comfortable room.
breakfast is included. i like the coffee :)

This is the best hostel in Sardinia! It's friendly, attractive, spacious, clean, very sociable and fun, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it and coming back again! Oh, and the breakfast and coffee are great!

Very comfortable place,good value for money.Showers works full throttle and few hundreds meter away from beaches.Many bars,kiosks and restaraunts under a mile walk.Nearby bustop to go city centre but not scheduled very often, but wait its reasonableon time.I suggest this place for quiteness:what you need from an holoday

Nice Hostel with friendly and helpful staff. Hostel was really well connected to Alghero and the airport - the area around is really nice and worth seeing with lots of great beaches. Would go there again!

Cute houses and big rooms. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great! Easy and cheap to reach the airport and Alghero by bus.Relaxed atmosphere.

what i can say most is that the staff was all sooo helpful. i was going through a family crisis so my mom ended up calling twice and the staff came and got me. also, i was walking on the side of the road and they offered me a ride. very kind and helpful. in the days i went to the beach...warm water, beautiful landscape, bright sun. it was very nice. and go to capo caccia on a tour if you can. it is worth seeing! gorgeous and a lot of history.

Beautiful place with friendly, hospital staff. If you don't mind waking up by loud music at night and having just a small bread with marmelade (and butter, if you are lucky) for breakfast this hostel is a good stay!

Nice quiet place to stay at. Location is good, so is the public transportation. Man and women sleep apart, rooms are usually divided into 4 beds or 10 beds. Made reservations for a room are not certain and can be altered without further notice. Staff speeks english poorly, but this is no problem. Had a good time and recommend it to people with low budget plans!

It takes you one hour by foot,20 minutes by bicycle and ten minutes by bus to the city of Alghero.The bus to the airport and to the city goes every hour but they often dont mind about the travel time.And there is no traveltime flat at the stops.So check out the flat to prevent long waiting periods.The breakfast is ridiculous but its enough to satisfy your hunger.The rooms are clean and have all toilets and shower rooms included.Its ok for the prize,what you get.Have a nice time.

Just a great hostel. The people were kind and patient. Though the price were minimal, the breakfast was nice. A place to sleep that make you feel happy.
