Bed and breakfast Venice.it is a typical Venetian house built in the mid 1800’s. Newly remodeled, it is located right in the heart of Venice just few minutes away from all of the main tourist attractions \n \nThe house has been completely remodeled this year. All of the rooms are double kink size bed with private bathrooms/shower, private heating and cooling system, small refrigerator, hair drier and kettle. \n \nPrices Not includes the continental breakfast, daily cleaning , wireless access, air conditioning AN THE DAY TOURIST TAX: 3 EURO PER DAY PER PEARSON IN FULL SEASON. \n Although breakfast will not be served, Free tea and coffee soluble will be provided (any time self service in the room) and we are glad to offer you some biscuits and juice as 'welcome' and the Venice map Too. \n \nExtra bed can be added in each room for additional € 20,00 \n \nCheck out is 13:00 - We do provide bag storage service \ncheck in is later. \n \n>Cancellation policy: \nIn case of Cancellation from 5 Day to 0 hours before check-in Day or NO SHOW, we will charge on your credit card the minimum stay of 2 nights(the most expensive). \n Cancellation must be done only by mail or letter.
