If you wish to cancel, we must receive written notice (by fax or e-mail) at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date (at 12.00 ITALY TIME ZONE), or your credit card will be charged as penalty of “no show” whit the amount of the first night.
All changes must be made trough written communication (fax or e-mail)at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Any changes that cannot be accommodated and therefore cancelled, will be subject to normal cancellation penalties. If you make changes reducing your length of stay within seven days prior to your arrival, your balance will remain the same regardless of how many nights you intend to stay.
