It is also only a 5 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and is surrounded by the city’s most important museums and monuments, including the Uffizi Gallery, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Pitti Palace. The Relais has 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 singles, all of which are elegantly furnished and have a quiet atmosphere. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower, as well as air-conditioning, television, and a safe. Breakfast is included in the price.

    DISGUSTED!! i didnt get chance to form an opinion! it was news years eve and they had DOUBLE BOOKED me! and NOT INFORMED ME!! i had paid deposit to stay,but when i arrived they didnt have reservation (the owners were not at the proprty - there was a phone number on the door to ring! so i didnt even get to speak to someone in person)and turned me away on the busiest night of the year with no where to stay!,giving me a cock&bull story that they had arranged for me to stay somewhere else, and had emailed me this - but that was a LIE. I seriosuly doubt their professionalism to even return my deposit to me now.
