It was very clean and the staff was very helpful when asked the location of the bus stop and tourist attractions! They made the stay in Kyoto a very pleasant experience. Next time we go to Kyoto again, we will definetly stay there again!

  3. ISABEL From Spain On November 30, -0001

Nice place to stay, but...the fact that the reservations are distributed by Seiki Ryokan, made it a bad experience. We had the reservation for Sparkling and when we arrived we didn't have our reservation (due to a mistake of the owner) and had to spend 3 nights at Seiki Ryokan, which has not the same quality. At the end, we could spend at least the last 2 nights in Sparkling. Better organisation and no overbookings would have been perfect.

The staff did not speack a very good english. Anyway they were very nice and tried to help me as much as they could. Very close to the station. Recommended.
